Looks like a Nitro Models plane.

They can be good planes for the money, but you definitely want to replace a lot of the hardware and you better be able to build it without much help from the instruction manual.

How do you figure that? Ones 54" and the other 64".

Actually, they both have 64" wingspans. One of them just lists the fuselage length in the title.

Toy Sonics:
 Wing Span: 64in/1630mm
 Wing Area: 46 sq dm
 Flying Weight: 6.8lbs/3100g
 Length: 55in/1400mm
 Engine Required: 2C 0.60 cu in; 4C 0.91 cu in
 Radio Required: 4 Channels, 5 Servos

Nitro Models:

Fuselage length: 54 in / 1370 mm
Wing span: 63.8 in / 1620mm Engine Required: 2c 0.61-0.75 cu in
Wing area: 705sq in /45.5 sq dm 4c 0.91 cu in
Flying weight: 6.5 lb / 2950g Radio Required: 4 channels,5 servos

I was mainly commenting on the apparent similarity in build and hardware quality between the two, not to mention the identical price.

Toysonics and Nitromodels do not make the planes.

They just import and sell the stuff. It is very possible that they buy product from the same manufacturers.

The fact that toysonics uses the description "remote-nitro-gas" and nitromodels also uses it could lead one to believe that they buy their ad copy from the same place or that they may be connected in some way.
