Default Control Throws

I just about have my Cheeroke completed. Question on setting the throws.

Elevator: Up & Down 3/8" - Low Rate, 1/2" High Rate

Are those measurements the full travel or from center up and center down?

Yes, measure from the center position and measure how much the surface moves from that center position.
