Well with all I have gone through with getting my nephew his ultimate 120-55" BiPe , and everything else to go with it . I have decided to get a trainer for myself . The sig cadet senior is the choice I have made for this first plane . I started a sig model P-51D mustang 20 plus yrs ago but never got finnish or fly it due to being laid off from work , put it in the attic and when I went to get it out of storage it looked like someone used it for target practice , damn mice , never new they liked balsa wood so much. Think this hobby is going to be addictive . Just dont tell my boss (AKA) wife how expensive it can be . Just hope she doesnt want to try it also . well enough of my yappin , safe flying all .

Wifes and kids make for a much better accepted of the field in the comunity. We are sadly short on both at our field.

Welcome back and yes this hobby is worse than heroin on the addiction scale.
I'm stealing one from somebody - The more planes in the hangar, the less likely she is to notice a new one.
Or you can see if she wants to get in too. She may like it.
The entire Kadet line are great training birds. Big wings and light weight make them float. I started with the Kadet LT-40. It's got floats on it now when I want to pond hop.

Well My nephews graduation gift the ultimate 120-55" just arrived today . It sure Is a nice looking plane . Opened up box to check if everything was in good order , not a scratch or ding on it . The radio and servos will be here thursday or friday . Motor will be next week . Its all falling in place well. I just tracked my order for my LT 40 combo trainer , everything will be here friday except the plane itself , had to be back ordered . I liked the look of the ultimate 120-55" by Nitro Planes I ordered one for myself today for my future project after I have completed my flight training accordingly . Well , I just want to tip my hat to the people that have helped me so , far and to the ones that will help me in the near future . Will keep all updated on my progress , along with pics .

i'll your nephew too. I bet you are his favorite uncle. (or will be) I have the Sig LT-40. It truly flies great. I have 18 other planes, but I still like the LT-40 the best. Have fun flyin, Congrats to your nephew. My oldest son graduates in 3 weeks, then he's off to the marines 2 days after graduation.

Seriously, best of luck to your son. When he gets done with basic, ask him how to get a round helmet on a square head.
Love the Kadet LT-40. Mine flies with floats, OS 46AX, Futaba radio equip, 11x7 Master Air prop.

Remember NOT to throw away the boxes for any of your models.
Once you get beyond a kind of critical mass number an extra box does not get noticed. This is very useful when smuggling in that extra plane that you just had to have!
