i own a super cub and my elevator makes a long snapping nose when i use it.

could be anything in the elevator system...I doubt it's the servo...could be the pushrod rubbing on the fuselage, or a hinge, or even the control horn being a bit loose, or slop in the clevis....inspect everything good luck

disconnect it from the servo and see it if it still does it, could be binding inside some where
