Hi, a quick question. What is the best way to fill a drill hole in a balsa block, so you can re-drill it (e.g. if doing hinges).

CA it and move the hinge slot over to the left or right (up or down if rudder).

CA works wonders. Can't believe I went so long in my life without knowing it :P

Use a wooden dowl rod to fill the hole. Glue it into the hole, cut if off flush with the surface, and then redrill the hole you need.

I agree with Ken, i use toothpicks when the hole allows or a piece of dowel.

Balsa stick and wood glue.
CA will have you drilling holes all over the plane and never where you want it, Harder than the wood you want to drill. Just as much off as you were to start with[:@]
