<span style="color: #ff0000">If anybody can helpI would like to know the model and make of this biplane, and also what size engine it would take? The wingspan is 65 inch for both the top and bottom wing. The fusalage length is 55 inches from the nose to the rudder.Please help me Idenifty this Bi-plane!</span>

I beleve HighPlains called it correctly and the full name would be Bucker Yungmeister. I think this airplane is appropriate for a 90 fourstroke.
If you are new to the airplane thing then this airplane is totally unsuited for you to learn on. Working even with an instructor an attempt to use that airplane will only serve to stretch out your learning time slowing down progress.

I've got a half built one in the shop. A guy let me fly his about 15 years ago, and it is a very good design....for the advanced flyier. I had to get it after flying one, it's that good for sport acro. It glides better than the typical biplane due to the thin high aspect ratio wings. Here is the setup info for it:
