Thinking about replacing the 2.5" foam wheels with 3" rubber wheels on my Superstar.
Would there be a problem with aerodynamics or weight?
Thanks!

I have never used wheels of the recomended size. I always go 1/2" to 1" larger depending on the model. My Sig SE has 3.5" wheels. Think the plans called for 2.75" or something like that.
I like the extra prop clearance and the fact it rolls over some of the smaller boulders and mountians in our grass area.
You will not notice any other than myabe a slight bit of change in the cg depending on how big and heavy they are.

I would also look for foam wheels or lightweight rubber. The heavy rubber wheels will add weight that you don't need. Other than that, it is a good idea. I won't use anything smaller than 3 inches on a grass field.
