JRSX600 tx locked up need help

JRSX600 tx locked up need help
my jrsx600 fm computer radio only shows volts on screen and if you click trims you see that also.It all started when I plugged in a buddy core into the DSC port.The power was off and the TX beeped and the volts showed on screen.Now thats all that shows .Anything that I can do or did I just ruin my TX

1# Try and charge your battery, is it low voltage and it's telling you that and won't come on?
2#Try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes. I don't know if the main power is through the on/off switch, so maybe a hard reset like that could work. It couldn't hurt.

when I plug in the buddy cord the screen comes on with the three mod. prefix and voltage and the volts are good. I think I have a scroll switch issue.what a drag I just bought it two .I am new to rc and spent alot on ama and club fees and dues.trainer plane and gear.WOW this hobby is expensive.I will one day get 2.4 but not any time soon I need to save for it
