Bigger planes are easier to fly. I would recomend a 4*60 as a second plane. It is as easy to fly as a trainor to fly on low rates(the ones recomended in the manual) and it comes as a kit or ARF.

If you can find one, the old Great Planes Cherokee Six. I have one and love how easy it handles because of its semi symmetrical airfoil and plenty of dihedral, and looks like a Piper Cherokee Six.

Hangar 9, I think, still makes their ARF Cherokee?

I second the vote for the World Models T-34!

I "third" the vote for the World Models Beech T-34. It looks a lot like the real thing, flies as if it were on rails, slow-flies well, lands easily. Put a TT.46 on it with a Tower muffler, and 11x5 prop, you can scoot like hell or climb with the best of 'em. For $130 you can not beat it. You can use all the hardware in the box and have it airborne in six hours, tops.

FlyinHigh is right....the hardware is nice stuff.....and the plane is very much pre-fabricated....I think the longest assembly step for me was trimming out the cowl! I would recommend changing the wheels if you fly off of grass......the stock ones are small.

The prop jets that I've seen don't fly all that well. They seem to be heavy for the wing spans or something.
