Default adjusting aileron servos equally

I replaced my 4 channel radio with a Airtronics RDS8000. Before i had a y-splitter cable going to the independant aileron servos. It was adjusted good and flew well. Now i installed the RDS8000 with the servos on two seperate channels. Now it banks to the left when flying. I know i need to adjust the centering of the servo but what is the easiest way to make sure the ailerons are equally level?

Make sure the servo arms and linkages are set as close to equal as possible (mechanically speaking) and then adjust further through the radio's programming. I'm not an Airtronics expert, as I fly mostly Futaba, but I think you should be able to go into the programming and fine-tune your adjustments using the sub-trim and endpoint adjustments.

I think RCKen has one of these radios- Ken, any input on the subject?

I sorry i wasn't clear in what i was asking. Do i just eyeball it to make them even or do i should buy some type of throw meter to make sure there the same? I understand how to adjust the radio to adjust the servos.

Turn everything on, set the trim to neutral and adjust the linkages so both ailerons are level.

When you set the linkage make sure the servo arm is 90 to the push rod. Most servos don't have a symetrical spline arangement, so you have to play with sub trim to get the arms straight, IE90 to the pushrod, not the servo case. Then the mechanical linkage, then the evil eye. If you don't set the arms at 90 degrees before the other adjustments, you end up with a asymetrical movement side to side.
