Ok guys, time to put the brakes on here. Discussions on aerodynamics always seem to get a little bit heated up no matter where they are held, and it appears that this is no different here. However, being that this is the Beginner's Forum I think that this really isn't the proper place for this discussion to start wandering into all the subtleties involved in a discussion like this. There is an entire forum here on RCU dedicted to the discussion of aerodynamics. I think that the basic question has been answered by several different people now and it serves no purpose to let this discussion to mutate as it has, so I'm going lock down this thread. If the OP, or others, would like to see this discussion continue that I would see this discussion continue then I would suggest starting a thread over in the Aerodynamics Forum.
