I believe the wing struts are functional so be sure they are well secured, you would want to lose a wing panel on the first loop. My favorite .40 size Cub is the Goldberg version. The wing is built as one piece and the struts are non functional. All of my other Cubs .40 to 1/4 scale have functional struts.

Mine is a one piece wing too. Just and great looking plane. It's the ARF version. Can't wait to get it togther. Lim the scale looks of the struts, so they will be one when I fly. Same as my Deathlon. I'm not aure about the engine yet. maybe an OS 46 AX or Saito 72 4 stroke.
