With the new A123 and LiFe RX batteries (which eventually most will be using) the only issue I see is the flat voltage drop until its almost too late. Someone needs to develope an item similiar to the volt watch in size, only its a mah usage meter/readout (like many chargers have) with a resetable nonvolitalile memory. And heck why not put a volt reading on it also.
Then you might know where you stand.

two points...
No comment.......
and Fromeco has a switch (or at least had....) that would show how many mAh were taken out of the pack during a flight.

Fromeco use to sell the Kodiak switch with ma counter.
Looks like a very good setup for A123 batteries.

I sent an email to Fromeco asking them to bring back the Kodiak and Weasel.
I have the Weasel in one of my 50cc planes with A123 batteries. I works great and keeps up with the amount of current used, it does not reset when powered off.
The only problem is you have to remove the canopy to see it.

Works just like the voltwatch for nicd and nimh and shows a few other important things as well. Mine gives me great piece of mind.
