Default DX7 won't bind

I'm having a little problem with the DX7 not binding with my AR7000. When the bind plug is plugged in the charge jack and I turn the switch on, both rx's will flash just once. I think it has to do with the charge jack. They dont look like the match up properly. What should I do? Do I need a special switch harness?

thanks

Try inserting the bind plug directly into the battery port: http://www.horizonhobby.com/ProdInfo...0UserGuide.pdf

Plug the bind plug into the BATT/BIND port, plug the battery into any open servo port.

Unless your using a Spektrum switch you can not bind thru the switch. follow Barracuda advice. Dennis
