Default Outrunner and ESC need a new plane!

Ihave a nearly new 42-50-600 motor and an Electrifly SS-45DESC from an Electristar. The plane no longer exists, but there has to be a good airplane option for these components. All this watt, volt, amps and stuff makes my head spin ... but I still would like to put these parts to some good use. I just can't figure out what might work.

Will this set up work in something besides a 7 lb trainer? Can anyone make a recommendation? Thanks!

Pretty much up to you. I mean war birds in the 5 pound range would work. Balsa or foam.
I use a similar set up in a Magister, with a 4S pack and a 12 x6 x3 prop, so it's replacement the Mentor would work too.

Right from the motor info I got this.
# 75-100 W/lb Trainer & Sport Performance Weight Range (lb) : 6.6-8.7
# 100-150 W/lb Aerobatic & High-Speed Performance Weight Range (lb) : 4.4-6.6
# Over 150 W/lb 3D & Extreme Performance Weight Under (lb) : 4.4

Thanks for the info! I'm considering the Great Planes ElectroStik -what doyou think? One more question: Will this motorperform well enough with a 11.1 V packvs. two 7.4 V packs? The ESC is configured to accept two battery packs. Figure I can jumper the connections to use the single pack to save on weight and battery cost.
