I have never had a prob with these guys.........purchased many items........all delivered as promised, paid and credited as promised and would def buy again.
I too try to buy from lhs but to my dismay, mine are all of 40 + miles away. From time to time I make the trip only to find young know it alls that do not know anything. On the web, I judge by experience. If I get screwed, try another site. I am happy with Grayson so far and will continue as most until I get screwed.
Remember folks, if it hurts , dont do it again, if it dont, then do it. Makes sense to me anyway.
