Default Questions about a Himax motor setup for FS P40?

I have a Himax 2025-4100 and the Phoenix 25 esc. I was thinking of using this setup in my FS P40. This comes with a 7.7:1 gearbox and the 3 bladed prop from Hobby Lobby. Will this work OK? Will the amp draw be OK for the esc? What Lipo batteries would be good for this, 3s1p 1900 or maybe 3s2p 1500? What kind of durtation can I expect? I would like to get at least 15 minutes. Thanks for all your help, your guys are great and it's sites like these that I think really make this hobby great!!!
