Pixie 7p cuts out
I am using a Pixie 7p with a 2cell lipo, a gws300c-c motor and a 11*8 prop. when ever i put the throttle to full the motor cuts out. then i have to reset the throttle to zero and it works ok as lomg as i dont push the throttle to full. pls help.

It could be one of three things
1. If your battery is too small it will behave this way. Etec 1200, TP 1320, kokam 1500 are the minimums for gws 300
2. If your lowvoltage cuttoff is set too low this will happen.
3. An 11x8 prop might be drawing too many amps and you are overloading the speed controll

To echo crashingagain - what are you thinking!
An 11x8 on a 300C C-geared is probably pulling 10A on 2s. 10x8 is the largest recommended on the GWS website.
Unless you have a decent size pack: 2000+ 6C TP, 1200+ 10C Tanic or iRate, that's too much. For a 6C E-tec 1200 it's criminal. Even an 8C Kokam 1500 will be hard-pressed.
It's also way too much for a Pixie 7P.
