Which to use? 370 or 400???
Hi fellas,
I'm relatively new to electric flying and have decided to do a glow to e conversion of a Sig Hummer. It's a little 1/2A glow plane intended for use with a .049 engine. 36" span, low wing, looks like a chaos.
Anyway, I was looking at the electric motors I have here and don't really know which to use. My goal is to have the plane fly fast, like a racing plane (go fast, turn left), not 3D (plane won't do it anyway). My two options are an E-Flite Park 370 1200kv, and an E-Flite Park 400 740 kv. I plan on using a Castle Thunderbird 18 ESC (or E-Flite 40 amp if needed) and 1300 mah 3 cell li-po's for power, since that's what I have here. Another kicker is, I can't have more than a 9" prop in order to keep the prop from hitting the gound. Weight isn't a huge issue since the plane was designed around standard sized radio gear, gas tank and glow engine.
So, if any experts out there could please lend me some advice on which motor they would use, and maybe which prop for the desired effect I'm looking for it would be much appreciated.
Plane is built and almost ready for covering.

370-1200
Maybe a 7x7 APC Sport might hit the spot!
Motor: E-Flite Park 370 Outrunner 1200KV ; 1200rpm/V; 0.6A no-load; 0.18 Ohms.
Battery: Thunder Power TP2100 (ProLite) (15C); 3 cells; 2100mAh @ 3.7V; 0.018 Ohms/cell.
Speed Control: Castle Creations Phoenix 25; 0.0065 Ohms; High rate.
Drive System: 7x7 (Pconst=1.23; Tconst=1.229) direct drive.
Airframe: Anything you want.
Motor Amps = 10.4
Motor Volts = 10.5
Input (W) = 109.1
Prop RPM = 10311
Thrust (oz) = 16.1
PSpd (mph) = 68.4
