When i start my car the revs of the engine are normal but after a while of riding(about half a tank) the ideling revs go up like crazy when the car is standing still. i have tried setting the thr trim down, the idle screw, low rev value and the high rev value nothing works. the weired part is that when i accelerate the engine again then the revs go back to normal but as soon as i stop the buggy for more then 5 sec then the revs start going up to a point were the thing just over heats and dies.
Please help !!!!!!!!!

You were running too lean before at idle, but it sounds like you fixed it. You can test your idle mixture by pinching off the fuel line going to the engine. If the RPM drops immediately, and the engine dies quickly, you are running to lean. (test this on a warmed up engine by the way) If you are properly tuned, the engine RPM should increase before decreasing, and it should take 3-6 seconds for the engine to die. If you are too rich, the engine would take longer to die.

If you do try this method, pinch the fuel line about 1/4-1/2 inch away from the carb. At this distance the engine should rise in RPM then die in about 2-3 seconds.
Remember tune by performance and sound, not temperature and smoke.

You might be suffering from half tank leaning, where the tank pressure drops when there is not alot of fuel. Savage trucks suffer from this (just a note).
In only mention this since you said it happens after running a while.
If this is the case (half tank leaning), you can get a different/better tank, or only fill up the tank half way and tune it from there.
