1. Take fuel line off of carb.
2. Blow thorugh pressure line
Question: Does fuel flow? If so, you have eliminated the tank as the source of the problem, so move onto step 3. If not, make sure you have a new or clean fuel filter.
3. Put fuel line back onto carb
4. Blow through pressure line.
Question: Is fuel moving into carb? If not, then you probably have a clogged carb. Move to Step 5.
5. Remove carb and clean it.
6. Re-install carb and go to step 3.
