Question about ports on Force .28
I took apart my Force .28 5 port in my CRT RTR to do some port work and I found that the sleeve was already completely ported. Is this how they come from the factory?

Alwasy remember thoughs, these cuts contibute very little to increasing performance. It is the timing profile and choosing a pipe to match the timing profile that determines performance output.

If you mean that there are flow channels milled into the sleeve, the crank has a turbo cut into it, etc., then, yes, as far as those go, those "mods" came like that from the factory.
