Off road buggys
I have been thinking of buying an old Honda oddesy to play around with and then I seen this company has some neat custom buggy products. I just thought some of you would find this neat.

Woww.. Reminds me of the Odessy that was sold in the US in the 80's...
Of course,, safetly left wingers came in and ruin it.
Was a 'buggy' type of ATV that had a roll bar and the ad showed it being
rolled over and not getting damaged..
Of course, the do-gooders said people would fall out and get hurt,, so no more.. *sigh*

the badland buggy designs are some of the nicest I have found ,they are way more than an oddessy could ever be ,the honda pilot was nice ,I believe it was running 10" front and rear ,these mini sand rails that are being built are running 15" with over 150hp with a weight of 800lb thats just crazy, power to wieght ratio of the fastest race cars out there.

You think 150HP on an 800 pound buggy is crazy? You need to come out to Glamis, California in the winter. "sand toy capitol of the world" A lot of the mini-buggies weigh in around 600-900 pounds and have hayabusa engines in them. Most have turbos and produce 350hp to the rear wheels. Want even crazier? 2000 lb dune buggies with 900rwh. You can pop wheelies and ride them through every gear. [X(] Ive even seen a 6 cyl acura motor putting out 1300 hp with twin turbos.

I'm a turbo car guy(have been for 5 years)and I would never put a turbo on something like that your going to be around ALOT of sand. Let me tell you, you better have one hell of an airfilter or going to be out of $$$$$$$ big time, even running stock turbos.

RE: Off road buggys
My friend just acquired a new sand rail that weighs 1700 lbs with almost 1100 RWH. twin turbo LS6 fully built. Engine alone was $25K. The tranny to handle that much power was another $19K.
