hello cen racing, i have the ct4s rc car this car is FAST but not quick, my question to you is how to make it a little quicker and when will cen be coming out with the 3spd that you have advertise to increase speeds to over 80mph. as the parking lot that we bash on is about 200 ft in racing distant, and we do use it up. thanks .

The CT4S has a very tall ratio, to let it reach very high speeds. The CT4R is set up for track racing. The difference is in the belts and pulleys. If you are looking for more power out of the hole, you may want to consider getting the CT4R pulleys and belts. Its only three part #'s. I will list them below. You will notice a considerable difference, with minimal top end lost. Ive seen people take the CT4S and put a .21 racing engine in it. I clocked it at 94mph at the Anaheim Edison Field.
CT019 main belt
CT015 16T pulleys
CT011 Rear belt

thanks Cen Racing for your reply. on the minimal top speed lost what would be a good estimate, also the speed you quoted at 94 mph was that with the stock gearing from the CT-S or with the gearing from the CT-R. also, when are you going to come out with the 3spd trans. for the CT-S,the type of racing we are running are in a good size parking lot with a distant of about 280 feet straights and that 3 spd would be the ideal thing since i am running against FUSIONS,SERPENTS(835),also some 1/8 scale cars. right now i`m doing pretty good against these cars. already i have won more than i lost. again thanks for responding to my questions and have a blessed day.

The 94mph car is with the stock CT4S gearing. You will lose apx 10 mph with the Track Ratio's. We have clocked the CT4R with the Green lightening engine at 61 mph.
