Standard AA battery will do just fine. However, we do recommend use 5 cell receiver pack for longer run time and better servo response. Beccause Genesis 46 use 5kg & 10Kg servo so AA battery wont last long and wont response as well as the 5cell.

You dont need anything else to install Universal Swing shaft. Its very straight forward. Remove the old one and install the new one. We do recommend replace the bearing G73906 if it shown sign of wear but its not mandatory

What kind of battery pack do you recommend for the reciever on the Genesis and what Capacity ( 1000 mah, 1300 mah etc?). Will a 2 on top of 3 cell hump pack fit in the battery box on the genesis?
I'd also like to know what type connectors I need to have to plug the 5 cell battery into the reciever ( type J ?)
Thanks

Remove the tire, remove the wheel hex & pin locked down the CVS, then remove the upper suspension arm. After that, you ahve full access to the CVS and you will be able to just pull it right out and install the new one in. Very easy and straight forward
I would just say this, you will be amazed by the .46 engine. It might not be the fastest MT out there, but it definitely have more power than anything out there.
so hows the acceleration on it compared to most 1/8 mt?

There is no such thing as a 5.4 V reciever battery pack. For the Genesis do you mean 6 V ? or 4.8?
How come western states didn't get the Genesis yet but the East coast did?
Thanks

CEN Racing,
So how long will one FULL TANK of nitro in Genesis last??? total runtime (minutes? or seconds? or nanoseconds?).
i know, i know, it depends but at least give us an approximate runtime maybe with occassional full throttle.
I have seen so many posts asking this but it was never answered.
thanks!

According to www.Cenracing.com the Genesis will run around 15 minutes like most other MT's.

Does CEN make an assembly manual available for the mt2? If you are a driver and not a builder, this kind of leaves you in the dark when it comes to doing repairs. I have hit something while sliding in a left turn and it has partially pulled the lower left rear ball joint out of the control arm. This then let the axle shaft fall out of the chassis. If I fix or replace the control arm at what depth should the ball be set in the backing plate to give the correct running clearance, or end play, to the ends of axle shaft? Need a little help here, THANKS . . . . . . .
