Same here with the 3rd gear, I cant tell if its engaging or not. 2nd gear is very obvious with the light stutter.
I think im going to tighten the 2nd gear clutch and loosen the 3rd, maybe that way I can tell if it engages from 1st to 3rd skipping the 2nd all together.

other then the upgrades/mods that "CEN Racing" listed, can anyone think of any other mods that will help out a stock genesis?
And how much extra power/mph does taking away the reverse feature add?

It won't make more HP to take away reverse. But it will lower the rolling mass of the transmission and help your truck accelerate quicker. Also, removing reverse gears and the servo lightens the truck up.
There really is no way to make it faster other than sending your engine off to an engine mod company (which we don't recommend) or lightening the truck.

I think this is just down to physics.
Heavey truck with a high centre of gravity won't like cornering like and F1 car.[
]Look at real monster trucks, they are hardly nimble.
