Default roto start for LE

Has anyone had a problem with the roto start? My friend called me and his seemed to be bogging down. Had him take the glow plug out and it doesn't even notice the piston moving. Thinking the rear plate is not enganging. What do you guys think? He is thinking about going back to pull start.

Do you know a good place to purchase one? And did you just purchase the back plate, or does the tiger come with one that fits the Genesis

One other ? on the tiger. With the S680 do I have to buy any other adapter for it? or will it attach directly to the Genesis? I see in the notes I have to make sure I have it down far enough to engage but that was the only thing it said. Also what are you using to turn it, just a cordless drill or something like the sullivan starter motor?

I used a tigerdrive on my OS 18TM, it tanked in less than a gallon. The owb turned to mush. I was hoping the roto-start was better.....[sm=disappointed.gif] I was less than impressed by the sullivan, but in their defense it might have been a defect, I just chucked it in the pit box.
