Default nemesis drill start

What do I need to change my nemesis to a drill type starter? I see a kit with a roto-starter included for about $50, but I'd just as soon use one of my batt powered drills and save some money. Anyone have part numbers, and a good place to order from?

I think if you go with the tiger drive S680 it works better. Friend has the roto start back plate and needs a 18 volt to turn it, but it works awesome. I might go with the tiger drive myself for my LE Genesis, which is the same engine

ihave the tiger drive it broke on me the first time, because for the genesis /nemesis you need to press the bearing into the housing farther so that it gets better grip on the 5.0hp motors crankshaft. I believe there is a warning on their website and/or might be a pamphlet that comes with the tiger drive now telling you to make sure and do this, Anyways the first one broke and tigerdrive replaced it free ( it took them forever to send it though) And once i did what they stated i never had a problem again. I use a 7.2 volt drill to start the truck ( its a bit slow turning over but its enough to get it started fairly quickly)

Just buy the roto-start back plate. Mount it so that it's in the lower right. Got a piece of cold roll, drill and mount a cross pin to fit in the drive and your set. Remember to have your drill set in the right direction. Total should be less than $20

for the tigerdrive, how are you mounting it. Are you mounting it to access from the top at an angle?

yes, posted above just mounted tiger drive on my nemy. I had to trim the 2 corners. 1 by the exhaust pie and the 1 by the bottom frame plate. yes it is at an angle drill rod out by the gas tank.

Thanks for the info Cmepoo. Decided to go with the tiger drive myself. Mounted it just like you said you did. Made it easy. Nice set-up. Thanks again.
