Well like the subject says, "I did it." After a thorough break in I sent my Nemesis out for its battle test. Conclusion, it is really faster than I thought it would be, handles very well, and jumps even better than I would have thought something that heavy would. I was impressed for a moment, then while driving on the road at the house, on play tank no. 2, I turned in too sharp at low speed (aprox.10mph or less) it rolled for the first time. One tumble and SNAP! there goes my new 55 series sniper tire and wheel rolling down the road. My axle broke! ONE ROLL OVER! Is it me or are they REALLY fragile? So is there no upgrade for these? Please tell me there is, because that seems way too easy to break. I am in need of help, any suggestions would be apreciated.

i may have a solution for the axles, their still on order so i'll let you know if they work

wow, I didn't know that they could break that easy, I have bashed mine very hard and have had no problems. Heck I have rolled so hard that the LE roll bar is bent to the side. The axles look strong to me, but it does sound like some people have problems with them.

i feal your pain ive broken 2 my self you should call Cen let them know thats what i did they say there looking into it and there trying to revise the axle make it beffier. and i can male the broken ones in its under warranty

Wow!! I have rolled mine several times on the street and haven't broke one yet? I would like to know what upgrades are available though. I would like to have some spare parts because I know I will break something sometime.

What exactly do you have in mind? Just curious. Let me know. As for the others, boy I wish mine would have had some extra rolls still left in it, but it only took one[:@]. I had no idea that they were so fragile, I've never, I mean never broken an axle like that, much less a CVD type. I have snapped some from twisting of torque thru time, but not from a crash. I would like to say it's from the wheel size but my old Savage had the 7.7" HB wheels + tires and it flipped, rolled, hit a mail box, cars, and fences, never once broke it's cvd's much less even bend them. This really bums[&o], I will give them a call, maybe it will help future Nemi's, in the mean time I will just replace them and get in touch with the local machine shop and see what they can conjure up.
