Any help on adjustment for the two speed nemesis....I have a problem with the trans not shifting at all......the adjustment is set at 5 out now.

I had the same problem with mine out of the box, It was stuck in second throughout breakin. I'm used to the t-maxx so when I couldn't hear the truck shift i was confused. I started by turning out like you but ended up turning in instead. Follow the manual but turn both screws in even amounts until your stuck in first, then go 1/8 turn on each out until you get your desired shift point. I noticed it takes little adjustment to change it using 2 screws instead of one! Good Luck!
Has anyone had problems with clutch springs? I've managed to break 2 out of the 4 with not much run time at all! Any feedback would be appreciated! Thanks.

Well got it to shift....start'd all over turn'd them all the way down(with very light pressure).
one was about 5 turns out the other was about 9 turns out....i really thought i made sure they were the same.
anyway its shifts now but shutters when on slow acc. (is this normal).
it doesnt do it when you rev her up good.

mine were the same from factory , the screws were all wrong. about the shutter at slow speeds, the 2 speed is worn on one side more than the other , i wouldnt worry about it since you fixed the problem and eventually will wear evenly and work better in time.

Fastlane, I also broke one clutch spring. Supposedly Cen is sending me one for replacement, but I haven't seen it yet. I'm considering picking up more springs as backup. I wonder if I should switch to the softer (and hopefully less prone to breakage) springs they offer as a spare part.
