I will do my best. Each trucks settings will vary but these should get you close.
D/R = Dual Rate = 115%
EPA = End Point Adjustment: ST (steering) = Left 100%/Right 100% TH (throttle) = H80% forward/ L100% Breaks
Model - Any 1-5
Sub-T = Sub Trim ST=0, TH=0
Rev = to reverse servo throw = ST = NOR, TH = REV, AUX = NOR
Like I said these will get you close. You may need to adjust the ST-TRIM (steering trim) to get your truck to go straight. Also you may need to use the TH-TRIM (throttle trim) if your engine is idling too high or your truck does not go to neutral when you let off the throttle.

2nd to 3rd gear is the adjustment made on the side of the trany. There is no magic trick to make it shift. You have to adjust the clutches until you get it to shift. Also engine RPM is important as well. If you have your engine running too rich and not producing enough horsepower then you will not get a shift.

He actually used two washers in the third gear assembly to help his truck shift from 2nd to 3rd. We tested this out here at the factory and it worked very well. You can give that a try if you wish.

Thanks again, But second gear is on the top and third gear is off to the side under that cover right? the truck is actually stuck in second gear and the clucth shoes looks like its froze to the housing. I can not turn it to get at the screws any ideas?

Third gear is inside the center transmission. If second gear is "locked" like you have said it is possible that a spring has broke or the screw has backed off so far that it has jammed the clutch. The only suggestion is to remove the assembly from your truck and tear it apart to inspect it.
