Whats This?

Ok Guys,
Here is the first trial fit. Poly carbonate of course........We were training a new operator so dont mind the chatter and over heating of the edges(Cracks). This is just to see of all of my layout works. I will be mocking it up on the nemesis chassis over the weekend to see if all of the components clear.

hey dogman, its looking really good, a really good concept, but i was just wondering about the strength of the front and back pieces.
After looking at my genesis's frame it looks like you might be able to add some support to the front and back pieces, i dont know if you have already looked into this or tried this. so here is a phot that i photoshoped to show you what I'm talking about.
let me know what you think.

Hey Jason,
Yeah I definitely looked at some kind of bracing through that point however, where the upper arm's articulation path crosses that very spot... So the parts you see hanging down in the front and rear will be tied into the area where the front and rear suspension or bumper mounting screws. I intend on testing acouple of different attachment/bracing point. As well as, different materials for attachment brackets.

awsome glad to hear you already were thinking about it. What ever you do it looks like its going to turn out to be a great adition to any nemesis/genesis truck.

Dustin,
Yeah in fact I have designed it so the OEM body and the crowd pleaser body fits with an 1/8" of the hood bar and roof line. In fact, I am trying to figure out a good way to take a picture of the inside of the body to get a shot of it.
Let's try this they are a bit blurry but..

Yes Jason, I am putting the finishing touches on the Lower Center of Gravity chassis. Almost 1" Lower!!!! I also am working on a dual steering servo setup by changing the plastic radio tray to an aluminum plate similar to the motor plate. I also am working on solving the low fuel flame-out problem. Considering using a model airplane fuel pump on this behemoth engine. I will post a CAD Drawing of the LCG Chassis this weekend right here.
This week I did get my new GPM Aluminum Upper Arms...They are very nice!!!! Excellent quality and you get much more for your dollar(more than the New Era Units and nicer) I will post a pic of that this weekend also.
Oh By The Way--I also built a rear exiting triple chamber dual exhaust pipe that on initial testing was bad***** and sounded killer!!! I just need to build a header pipe using brazing instead of soldering it. The solder melts at these temps...
I will also post a pic of the muffler too if you want to see it mounted in the truck!!!
So I have several things happening.

Hey boy's
Here are acouple of shots of the triple chamber Rear exit Exhaust Muffler and Header I Mocked-up and tested. Intitial Tests Shows this design VERY Promising It Sounded Bad As Hell and additional Power.....Killer!!!!!
I think Blue Powdercoat Would look Awsome!!!!
Can you believe thats $38 Worth of copper????

Dogman1,
All I can say is that you are the man! I have been waiting for someone or some company to make a LCG chassis since I bought my Nemesis last Christmas. I want one, I want one, I want one! Put up those pics man, I can't wait to see it. When the LCG Chassis is done and you pump some out, I'll take two and call you in the morning
. Oh man do I need that chassis, LOL. Seriously though, your doing something that CEN should be doing and Im glad someone is picking up the slack...I would help you if I had access to equipment like you do. Your work so far looks excellent, keep it up.Mindbendur

Dustin, in the chamber there are two baffle plates on either side of the main inlet of the muffler. The baffles have restrictor holes that by my calculations create enough backpressure for fuel flow yet allow free flowing exhaust for low end power and it seemed top end was hell of alot faster, the engine did rev quicker too. I want to test it on new engine. More testing is needed. Packaging seems to work very well. I also, regained the proper space for the upper shock mounts to use ALL mounting holes!!! Big bonus!!!
Any other suggestions/comments guys??..

I like it a lot, but I would say it looks like you would have to take off the muffler to change the rear shocks, makes it hard to do quick changes on that end. Maybe it's just the viewing angle of the picture. I would suggest a silver coat...since the genesis\nemesis\GST will probably have different color chassis. Or maybe 3 different coats to match the different....then we can buy 3 for all of the CEN trucks we have.[>:]
