Is there a trick to get the 8X16X5 bearings to fit into front steering knuckles? I have tried all six and none of them will fit.

sand the inside of the knuckles with a dremel

but only very lightly. i wouldnt use a dremel in case u take too much off. just try with some sandpaper.

you cuold also try heating the nuckles in the oven to about 200 degrees to expand the aluminum abit, just remeber the parts will be hot to the touch

yeah- in a pinch a lighter does the trick.... wear some gloves fo sho- slide in real nice (borat voice)
