Default Genesis Third gear?

Same problem again, the third gear. Am I suppose to hear the third gear connect? The CEN racing support said that I might have misstaken the screws in the inner clutchbell and turned some other screws, some for the small balls (The ones in the clutchshoes) but there is no such screws in my clutch. Only the ones with the springs, they also said that they have made some changes on the third gear for the GST. What are the changes? Can I by the parts from the GST to fix my Gen? I´ve been tryin to fix this problem for almost half a year now.....
Tired...

Default RE: Genesis Third gear?

Nojokes,
You will need the screws for the holes over the small balls. You may have an earlier version without the thru-holes in the clutch. Look in your assembly guide for the part numbers or screw sizes. If you dont have your assembly guide I can send one to you or you can download it [link=http://www.cenracing.com/cars/genesis/manual01to06.pdf]here.[/link]

You can also get the 2nd and third gear tuning guide [link=http://www.cenracing.com/cars/genesis/genesis_2nd_and_3rd_speed_tuning_instructions.pdf]here.[/link]

I assume you may have already got this info

just remember sometimes 2nd gear engages so quikly after take off you done hear it and you will only hear 3rd gear engage, but you should be able to lift the truck while running and throttle up and feel as well as hear the the 2 shifts(there is only 2 since it is in first when the clutch engages and 2nd is the first shift you hear/feel and 3rd is the sencond shift you will hear/feel)

I hope this helps, have fun!!!
