as anyone else had trouble with the header gasket... mine is all chewed up and half way on and i think it is leaking exhuast there since i can fill little puffs when priming the fuel. What does that leak do to my motor and does someone has better or different gaskets...

i find a thicker silicone gasket does the trick... exhaust leaks overheat motors.... i also double up the exh spring and make sure the pipe is real snug and thread locked to avoid damdage to the next seal... I have a hobby people near buy and I get the GS seal and that works great... I find the stock black seal is a lil thin... the matrix seal also works great

Notch, Exactly what do you threadlock? The only threads on the genesis series exhaust is in the end of the muffler @ the set screw. I have never needed threadlock there..but..
