OK, so I dropped in and bought the aluminum bell crank for my Matrix. Installed it and it seemed to work great. One prob though. The first time i went to the track with the aluminum bell crank installed I stripped the servo horn that came stock with the Matrix buggy!? Is that a coincidence or is the aluminum servo arm transferring stress to the servo arm and that was the cause of the stripped arm? I am about to order an aluminum servo arm but I am worried that it may not be the fix? Any advice?!?!

MattyB,
Again your logic is correct, the new Bellcrank did transfer all the force to your servo arm and strip it. However, you can loosen your servo saver to help cushion the blow or absorb the force. An aluminum arm is a good upgrade just be sure you adjust the servo saver so you dont find the next weakest link inside the servo itself...

If you have an RTR consider going with an aluminum horn that has plastic inserts... the airtronics/jr slines fit....
otherwise consider a upgrade brand such as hi-tec... they come with aluminum horns\notch
