My .26 is nearing the end of its life and I am ready for some more power. I am leaning toward the STS .21 MKII with the STS pipe. I figure that with this added power a new clutch set up would compliment that nicely. I was on the CEN website and saw that they sell upgraded clutch shoes and springs. I posted last night about my spur gear and clutch bell having broken teeth (thank you for the advice) would it be advisable to use the upgraded CEN parts or does anyone have a suggestion otherwise. Keep in mind I would like to have a little maintenance /adjusting as possible regarding the clutch. I just like to go have fun, be fast, and competitive, but do not have the trickest ride out there.
All in all, I wanted to know if why I am changing out the engine should I switch everything to aftermarket or is that not necessary.
Thanks in advance,
Rob

Hey R47smiley other than my diffs in my buggy i run all cen upgrade parts. for my clutch instead of the red cnc clutch shoes I use the blue ones part number GSS16 with the 1.1m gold springs MXS21. they are more heavy duty and last way longer than the red ones. also a good upgrade for this buggy is the MXS41 and MXS13 if you dont already have them. the MXS41 is the cnc upper bellcrank strong durable and looks good. and of course the MXS13 is the cnc spindles of course the stock ones break really easy but i swithc to the cnc you will never have a problem again and if you want to stay with cen diff instead of going to kyosho like i said in the other post try using MXS24 cnc spur gearf for the cent dif on the buggy it will not break like the cruddy bronze colored gear that you most likey had on there. the cnc gear is black. that motor is a good choice for your buggy if your looking for a good race motor i run the o.s. 21 v-spec with a jammin jp-3 pipe that motor and pipe cobo is dialed couldnt ask for better
