I am upgrading my clutch with stiffer 1.1 springs and the aluminum shoes from CEN. Pretty excited. Here is my ? Do I need to treat or service the inside of my clutch bell at all? Clean? Sand? I have almost two gallons on the original clutch bell that came with the Matrix RTR. I figure if I am replacing I might as well upgrade right?
THANKS!

Good thinking MattyB, Yes you should hit the inside of the clutchbell with brake cleaner liberally then sand it out with 500 grit paper pulling the paper out the side of the bell so most of the scratch marks are across the shoe's path. then hose down the clutchbell again with brake cleaner to get ALL of the debris out. Dont be shy with the brake cleaner!!
Hope this helps!
