So I have had my Matrix RTR all summer. Love it. By now its much more of a pro than the rtr but whatever. I have rebuilt my shocks three or four times trying to get the right settup. I have 45w in the front and 35w in the rear. I like how it drives but... My question is this... There seems to be a lot of sag when I put the rear of my buggy down. I's day it sags 3/4 of an inch before the shocks stiffen up. I am shooting for the dogbones just a tick above level. I have them mounted on the inner most hole on the lower a arm and then the setting that would or should give ample ride height on the shock tower. I am wondering if my shocks could be played out or need to be replaced or if maybe there are any tricks to getting them to be a little more active. It seems like they are a little dead? When I rebuild them I fill the shock to about 1/8 below the top of the tower and let them sit for about 20 min to let any air out of the fluid. Then tighten, back off 3/4 of a turn and then compress fully and tighten fully. Is this correct? Are there any other shocks that work ont he matrix? Help...

matty when i build a shock i fill up my shock to the top then put the cap on and tighten it fully then compress it and you want to see if the shock shaft will push itself back out also try using the large shock spacer for a little stiffer as well also try a little thicker shock oil in the rear

Yeah matty I do the same cenracing dose. I fill mine all the way to top of the shock body, also do you have the resivor set for them, that makes a huge difference in the way they buggy handels.
