Anyways i finially decided to try and make my nemesis run again but with little luck. When i first started it, it ran wheel. Then it quickly reached temps of over 260 with stock settings at HSN 3.5 and low 1.5 in from flush. So i turned it off and decided maybe i will richen it a little. Well after that the glow plug died. So i put a new plug in and started it up again. But a few seconds after i pulled the igniator off the truck died... So i have a truck that is running through plugs and gets hot quick. Any help would be good. Also engine has less then 1 gallon...

Factory setting for that motor is 3.5 out on the top and
1 turn out from flush on the bottom... richen the LOW-END and turn up the idle as needed

Well if thats the case you really need to fix this... http://www.cenracing.com/cars/nemesi...structions.doc
Cause thats where i got the info from.
Step 14. Break-in Procedures
To begin break in procedures for you’re new engine simply idle 3 tanks of fuel allowing the engine to cool down completely between tanks. On the 4th and 5th tank start driving the truck around slowly. On the 6th tank start leaning it out and making final tuning adjustments. After the engine is broken in, good starting carburetor settings are:
Top End: 3 ½ turns out.
Bottom End: 1 ½ turns in from flush.

During the break-in of my GST 7.7 I was confused by the same mis-print. I broke it in with 1.5 turns in. Since figuring out that I was working from a mis-print I have tried to tune the truck with the low speed around 1 turn out. With this setting I do not seem have as much power and more importantly it stalls if I let off the gas or hit the break. Please note that I have a temp gauge and it consistantly runs from 220 to 240. Did I damage my engine by breaking it in with an inproper low speed setting?

If you broke the engine in with out touching the LSN you should be fine. But if you ran the truck after break in at really high temps because of this misprint then you might have damaged teh engine a little. Did you ever check the temps at all?
