The other day I ran my truck no different and it blow the glow plug. No big deal replace it to find the pin in the pull start sheard. Just took it apart and looked at the piston and it was brown and looked burt. I tried to take the sleeve out but wasnt happening. Iv ran over 2 gallons of fuel tough it. My qeustion is should I rebuid it or do I have a major problem on my hands. Tried to but some pics up but my damn internet sucks. Thanks

If it's brown then I think that means your running to lean. It should have a yellowish color, I think. Did you try heating up the motor before you tryed to take the sleeve out?
