Good morning,
I bought me a tricycle Robart gear at Towerhobbies and when testrunning it for the first time
the fillingvalve was not tight. One could hear the air come out of it so the whole system was loosing
pressure.Tower asked on their website to directly contact Robart in case of technical issues.
So i emailed to Robart and got an automatically generated reply immediately. They will get into contact
in a few days and so on...
I heard nothing since and that was in mid december.
If that is their kind of regulating customers problems it surely was the last Robartretract i bought...
What can I do?
Regards
Achim

I quit buying Robart when I bought some wheels that were flat on arrival. I suppose that they were sent flat intentionally. When I contacted them they suggested stuffing them with bits of foam to fill them. That has been several years ago and I still find their advice hard to believe. The wheels were deep sixed.

Too late now that you went with Robart but I recommend Spring Air http://www.retracts.com/ . They have always been awesome to deal with and over the years I’ve bought four tri-gear sets from them.

Never had an issue with Robarts service. I needed a few spare parts last year and got called back within 1/2 hour of me leaving a meassge; but I do live here in the USA. I you can't get an answer back from Robart then Tower should send you a new valve since you are not a US customer and they have more pull than you being overseas.
