Yes, measure to the first baffle.

9" is your reference measurement. Add to that the header length from the exhaust port. Follow the curve of the header. The total length should be 14" for the 11/8 and 11/7. You might get more performance from a shorter length but the length noted should get you in the ball park.

Thanks for all the help guys!
I have the pipe set at 15 inches right now.I had to run it and see with the 11/11.
what a difference! No more excessive oil or gas coming out the pipe runs great,it gets on the pipe at full throttle.My new tach is coming with the props.I will try them at 14 inches and post the rpms.

Yes, measure from the washer looking thing. Be patient. Cut, run, record the RPM. Repeat until it won't go any faster. Fly.
