Scrap the tower wing and scratch build the original, there is something different about the tower wing. I suspect that the included some wash out in the "updated design". Although it does fly good, it does tend to be a little squirrelly inverted, I don't ever remember my Super Kaos' being this way.

I've got on in storage in the USA that I built back in 1998 and still have yet to fly it. If I remember, I needed to put on the ailerons and install the radio. I have a foam core wing set that I may build after I read one of the above posts.

I already have the wing fitted to the fuse perfectly and don't want to spend the time or money on a new wing. Does anyone have any more suggestions?

Trainer Power System. It's a .45 that comes with a 3blade prop and spinner for $80. It has only one problem with speed though, Last time I used it, my carb retainer flew out when I was around 200mph.[:'(]

If Horizon hasn't messed up the order to the LHS, then a new carb retainer should be in now.

That looks good!
The big brown truck came today and I have done a little bit of work on my Kaos today. There's nothing like Monokote. I'm sick of using this crappy Towerkote. I bought Monokote for my Kaos and I don't know why I even considered Towerkote. Can you tell how much I love my Monokote?
Okay, back to the thread. Does anyone else have any pics?

Attaching photos of vintage planes including a Kaos, Daddy Rabbit Taurus and QF-III.
Regarding making changes at this point It's time to go for it. You can check the possibility of washout by measuring the wing incidence at the root and the tip. If you set the plane so the wing is at 0 degrees by the fuselage and there is positive incidence at the tip you have washout. If you have negative then it is washin (which is actually worse!).

Thanks EXCAP232. What's a QF-III. I have completed the base color on my Kaos and don't have an incidence meter. I have heard about the washout both dirrections and I'm thinking that it is just the quality of the build. It's time for me to start on the leaves now.

Okay. I'm done with the Monokote. I had a major problem clear coating it, but it came out okay. I just realized that I haven't glued my aileron servo rails in yet. The dirrections aren't clear here. Does anyone have any suggestions?
