Speeda is, of course, just a glass and foam `Blue Angel' with the Yoshioka tail mods. I think you can still get them, but under a different name.

The prices were amazing as well, looking back on it. As a kid, I thought these things were actually expensive, but still somewhat within reach... I can't imagine a kid buying a pattern plane right now.

Yes, but I know where there is a plan for the Yoshioka version, all wood and I had to make one...
