Whatever it is it looks to be from the mid to late 80's...the beginning of the turnaround era and (sadly) the end of the 61 2 stroke era.

I would put it in the late 80's due to the use of two separate aileron servos, and the taildragging gear.

Well I appreciate info greatly, its going to get a saito 125 and some digi's. I ditch the retracts all together.
