Default Suprafly plans

Hi, I am desperatly looking for a set of plans of the Prettner Suprafly, they can be in any size but I would prefer the 60 size one.

I am also looking for a set of plans of the Prettner Calypso.

If somebody knows where can I get the plans I would really appreciate.

Regards,

Alfredo Betancourt

I have copies of the 25 size ship if you're interested. Hope it's warm and dry where you are.

I can be reached at [email protected]. I can make the copies on Monday or Tuesday and send them out. Just pay for the copy and shipping and we are good to go. I have no interest in making anything from the transactions. I'll find out what the copies are going for and email you back. Send me your address to get correct quotes on shipping cost. Thanks and hope its warm and dry where you are.

I own a supra fly 25. I'm curious, if you get the plans and build the plane, where will you get the cowl? I've looked everywhere for cowl and can't find one anywhere.

The cowling and canopies can be fabricated with ease. I've done it with some of my designs in the past.

I know you can probably buy a canopy that is close and modify it to fit, but the cowling on the supra fly is pretty distinct. Are you talking about fabricating one using a plastic vacuum form process or creating one using fiberglass molding or carving balsa wood? It would be nice to be able to just buy one to match the plastic one that came with the original ARF kit.

This may help: I planted my calypso a few years back and went ahead with the resto project. I found the 16" Sig teardrop canopy when cut properly was identical to the original. This may work with the Suprafly as well, just work it on the plane and figure your cuts.
