Does anyone have any info on this plane?
No plans. I don't think it was ever a built up plane, just f/g and foam. I have one and I need to know the basics, surface deflection, thrust line, cg, etc.
Thanks

Hi DM,
First, the Dunphys (PAC) are no longer kitting pattern ships. In fact, they are selling the molds, templates, etc. that they currently own. You can email them since they do have some parts left in stock.
Flyingfoam.com can cut you a replacement on their CNC cutter. You will need to provide an airfoil (or x-section that can be scanned) and dimensions (there's a form on their website).
Good Luck,
Will Bartlett

I actually need the literature for the plane. I have nothing. The plane "looks" finished, but it isn't even up to an arf yet. Luckily I do have that other stab half in perfect condition. I want to make this plane have removeable stabs (only makes sense due to the condition). I need to know all the building info.
BTW... No comments on the covering???
Thanks,
DM

1.5 deg.right thrust 1deg.down thrust C/G is inline with the front edge of the wing tube. The fusleage plan is in a 1/2" to 1" scale. The wing is full size. I can send you a copy if you want.

Hey...I have a Prophecy Kit...I could see if I can scan some of that information if you like...The Prophecy is a 2meter Aircraft and is a decedent of the Sequel...The Sequel is a decedent of the Jekyll...There were of course changes incorporated form the Jekyll to the Sequel...And more from the Sequel to the Prophecy...The Prophecy's thrust line and wings are higher than the Jekyll...Most of the numbers on the prints will not be of any use to you...
But I was thinking you could probably use some of this for "reference"...For instance you could take a look at how many formers were used...Their placement...How they laid out the radio gear and fuel tank ect...Who knows...You may even be able to trace the Fuse former templates and cut them down a little to make them work...It may be a little easier than starting with Nothing??
I still think you should call the Dunphy's...I'd be willing to bet they have the information you seek for the Jekyll...I knew they are no longer producing kits...But I feel certain they've got the "data"
So I'd have to figure out how to do the scanning thing again...It's been a while since I used my scanner..he he
But if you think you might benefit from any of this please let me know...
Chuck
P.S. In these pics you will notice some black stripes in the fuse...That is Carbon Fiber Tow...On the Prophecy..In addition to the firewall and rudder closeout...There are a total of 4 fuse formers which will be installed (2 in the aft fuse area)...The Jekyll may not call out any fuse formers?? I don't see them on the print?? You could always add some CF tow to stiffen things up if no bulkheads are required...
