Well like the title states. I thought I had it all figured out, but after seeing a photo of a Pheonix VII I am now at a loss. I can add that the wing and stab are swept, with the stab having a diamond airfoil. There are beam mounts for the engine (sideways) installed with the firewall. This must have been done when the fuse halves were joined. The fellow I purchased this from said his dad had bought it in the early 70's, and he thought it was a Pheonix V... obviously not. So what do you all think?

The Vertigo in the above picture was designed in the mid to late 70's by Tom Moore and kits were made by SkyGlas in TN.
