Dan, i know you knew that.!You shouldn't have let the cat out of the bag.Not too nany people know about this plane.
Yes it is a Thunderbird, kitted by Quality Line Kits.

Joe Gross did design this one. I got to see him campaign the plane with the Webra long stroke. He was a very consistent flyer. The square manuevers were awesome.

Nope - this one looks like flipper, but I've got one that is really called a "Flipper". Also classic pattern plane, for a .61, and actually mine looks less like a dolphin than this one does [8D]

No dorsal fins on that (fish) bird, just two large swept wings.
I plan on putting a Webra 61 long stroke with B&D ent. pneumatic retracts in it.
Anybody with pictures of a Thunderdird, i would love to see them.
